These General Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website www.hrvictoriatossa.com. Purchasing products and services through this system always implies acceptance of these General Conditions, as well as the Terms of Use. These General Conditions may be modified at any time by Hotel Restaurant Victoria and will apply to all orders placed after their publication on the website.
Rates
All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT). The price of services is indicated at all times during the ordering process on the date of the order. Hotel Restaurant Victoria reserves the right to change prices and charges at any time, as well as to reject contracts in the event of any errors (printing, calculation, or typing).
Reservations
By making a reservation, you are making an offer to purchase the services indicated therein under these General Conditions and as set forth on the website.
When making a reservation, you must ensure that the information provided is complete and correct. The reservation does not constitute a binding contract until it is confirmed by Hotel Restaurant Victoria.
Hotel Restaurant Victoria reserves the right to refuse reservations at its discretion. The information recorded by Hotel Restaurant Victoria constitutes absolute proof of the reservation and the entire procedure.
No deposit will be charged.
Right of Withdrawal
The user has the right to cancel or modify the reservation within a period of (7) seven calendar days before the arrival date. If the user cancels or modifies the reservation outside of this period or does not show up at the establishment, Hotel Restaurant Victoria will charge 100% of the reservation.
Minors and extra beds
Children of any age are welcome. One child (up to 4 years old) stays for € 20 per child per stay when using available cots. One person (of any age) stays for € 28 per child per night when using available extra beds.

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property.

from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (October 2025 onwards)
Check out: from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Breakfast: 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Accommodation regime
Half board includes breakfast or dinner, full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Limitation of liability
The texts and photographs appearing on this website are not part of the contract and are for informational purposes only. Hotel Restaurant Victoria is not responsible for errors or omissions in the texts or photographs. Without limiting the scope of these General Conditions, any claim of any kind and for any reason made against Hotel Restaurant Victoria will be limited to the reservation price charged for the services involved in the claim.
At any time and without prior notice to the User, Hotel Restaurant Victoria may temporarily suspend services on its website due to technical problems or force majeure.
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Both parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to resolve all disputes arising from or related to the use of this website and any controversy that may arise from the interpretation and application of these General Conditions. The Courts and Tribunals stipulated by El Hotel Restaurant Victoria shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website.
