These General Conditions apply to the purchase of all services that you make through the website www.hrvictoriatossa.com. The contracting of products and services through this system presupposes, in any case, the acceptance of these General Conditions as well as the Terms of Use. These General conditions may be modified at any time by El Hotel Restaurant Victoria and will apply to all orders placed after their publication on the website.
Rates
All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT). The price of the services is indicated at all times during the application process on the date of completion. The Hotel Restaurant Victoria reserves the right to modify prices and charges at any time as well as to reject contracts in case of errors of any kind (printing, calculation or writing).
Bookings
By making a reservation, you make an offer to purchase the services indicated therein under these General Conditions and what is established on the website.
When making the reservation you must ensure that the information provided is complete and correct. The reservation does not constitute a binding contract until it is confirmed by El Hotel Restaurant Victoria.
Hotel Restaurant Victoria reserves the right to reject reservations at its discretion. The data recorded by El Hotel Restaurant Victoria constitute absolute proof of the reservation as well as the entire procedure.
No deposit will be charged.
Right of Withdrawal
The user has the right to cancel or modify the reservation within a period of (7) seven calendar days before the arrival date. If the user cancels or modifies the reservation after the deadline or does not show up at the establishment, Hotel Restaurant Victoria will charge 100% of the reservation.
Minors and extra beds
Minors of all ages can stay. 1 child (up to 4 years old) can stay for €20 per child per stay when using the available cots. 1 person (of any age) can stay for €28 per child per night when using the extra beds available.
Internet
There is free internet connection throughout the establishment.
Housing scheme
Half board includes breakfast or dinner, full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Limitation of liability
The texts and photographs that appear on this website are not part of the contract, their only function being to inform. Hotel Restaurant Victoria is not responsible for errors or omissions in texts or photographs. Without limiting the scope of what is established in these General Conditions, any possible claim of any type and for any reason made against The Hotel Restaurant Victoria will have as its maximum limit the reservation price invoiced for the services involved in the claim.
At any time and without prior notice to the User, Hotel Restaurant Victoria may temporarily suspend services on its website due to technical problems or force majeure.
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Both parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, agree to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to the use of this Website and any type of controversy that may arise from the interpretation and application of these General Conditions. The Courts and Tribunals stipulated by The Hotel Restaurant Victoria are competent for the resolution.
