These General Conditions apply to the purchase of all the services you perform through the web www.hrvictoriatossa.com. The hiring of products and services through this system presupposes, in any case, the acceptance of these General Conditions as well as the Terms of Use. These General Conditions can be modified at any time by Hotel Restaurant Victoria and will be applicable to all the orders made after the publication on the web of the same.
Rates
All prices shown include the Value Added Tax (I.V.A.). The price of the services is indicated at all times during the application process on the date of completion of the same. Hotel Restaurant Victoria reserves the right to modify prices and charges at any time and to reject contracts in case of errors of any kind (printing, calculation or writing).
Reservations
By making a reservation, you make an offer to purchase the services indicated therein under these General Conditions and the provisions of the website.
When making the reservation you should make sure that the information provided is complete and correct. The reservation does not constitute a binding contract until such time as it is confirmed by Hotel Restaurant Victoria.
Hotel Victoria reserves the right to refuse reservations on a discretionary basis. The data registered by The Hotel Restaurant Victoria constitute absolute proof of the reservation as well as of the entire procedure.
No deposit will be charged.
Right of withdrawal
The user has the right to cancel or modify the reservation within a period of thirty (30) calendar days before the arrival date. If the user cancels or modifies the reservation after the deadline or does not appear at the establishment, Hotel Restaurant Victoria will charge 100% of the reservation.
Minors and extra beds
Minors of all ages can stay. The rate applicable to children under (6) years is € 10.00 per night, using existing beds.
Internet
Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the establishment. Connection fee: € 2.00 per 24h.
Housing scheme
Half board includes breakfast or dinner, full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Limitation of liability
The texts and photographs that appear on this website are not part of the contract, and their only function is to inform. Hotel Restaurant Victoria is not responsible for errors or omissions in texts or photographs. Without limiting the scope of what is established in these General Conditions, any possible claim of any kind and for any reason made against Hotel Restaurant Victoria will have as a maximum limit the reservation price billed for the services involved in the claim.
At any time and without prior notice to the User, Hotel Restaurant Victoria, may carry out the temporary suspension of services on its website due to technical problems or causes of force majeure.
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Both parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to settle all conflicts arising or related to the use of this website and any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and application of these General Conditions, being competent for the resolution, the Courts and Tribunals stipulated by the Hotel Victoria
